I just got my grade and I’m feeling like my career is over with this C in micro because it’s a core class, do you know what school will accept a C in science, or would it b ideal to repeat it?

As long as the rest of your grades aren’t C’s, you should be okay. I know someone that got into nursing school with a 2.9 cum GPA. o.O

You should not have a problem getting into a Nursing Program with a C in only one core class. Nursing programs often have a higher requirement, but usually they have an appeal form as well to explain why your grade was a C. They also look at number of attempts and if you got a C on the first try it is different than only being able to get a C after several attempts. I had a friend who had C’s in all 3 of our core classes (Microbiology, Anatomy, & Physiology) and still got into the program! Call the secretary to the dean of a nursing program that you are hoping to attend and ask them about it. If it is a problem, ask about appealing it. Good luck, I am sure you will be fine.
